I was under the impression that the color variation for a citizen will be constant (a citizen that spawns with a blue shirt will always spawn with a blue shirt, etc.) However, when I started testing out my citizen assets, I realized that wasn't the case.
Whenever a citizen spawns (whether from home or work), the color variation changes, meaning that a citizen could go to work in a blue shirt, then go to a store in a red shirt, then go back home in a green shirt.
While this would be nice if the color variation only changed whenever they spawned from home and not anywhere else (simulating a change of wardrobe), it's a bit immersion-breaking if the color variation changes every time they leave a building. Hopefully a fix will be made to remedy this issue.
