We're all related to one another and incest really occures only when the family members are really close and as you play, your kinsmen spread around like flies everywhere, especially if your first guy has buttload of them. It would be good if you could see a relationship index, preferably like integers.
Parent and child has for example ½ the genes, so it could have the valuge 1, siblings of same parents would gain the same. half siblings would get value 2 because they only share about 25% of the genes and so on. That is it kept track of the gene distance and showed us it so when later on you want to marry someone and you see enormous quanitty of your own kinsmen one can see that they are so far off it is not incestious anymore.
