Inappropriate disbanding of retinue

Here's what I'm experiencing:

1: have a retinue. have levies.
2: move them onto the same territory. do not group them.
3: disband them. note the confirm screen explicitly stating that retinues WILL NOT be disbanded.
4: welp, time to hire a new retinue.

Aye, sucks. Happened to me too couple times -> facepalm -> reload.

I don't know if suggestions are appropriate here, but could it be possible to be able to disband retinues at retinue screen ONLY? It's not needed as often as levies, and would prevent accidental disbanding.

same problem driving me mad weirdly it didnt do it straight away only after a save reload
