But I do not want to ally with Germany, I can accept that teh USSR do lose some times but not all the time!!!! -40 in org means that the creators should read up on somethings about the purge of the army.
this is widly debated at stonyroad to, but at the moment its look like it gonna be this way, its not funny when you get hit with -40 but there are events and doctrines that makes it higher again.
