I don't want to over-hype IN, but while you're downloading it you should spread some plastic sheets over your PC as your head will literally explode from the awesomeness.

Yes, for example you can always see if the AI will/will not accept your peace deal before you send it etc. It was in one of the sneakpeaks, maybe 7.

It depends what they cost, the AI won't accept a peace deal of over 100% and IIRC most of BUR's provinces are pretty rich. Still, if you beat the AI badly enough it will accept anything you can fit into the beace deal without going over 100%.
