We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
So between zero and one inclusive is the percentage chance the AI will do something? And anything below zero is guaranteed never to happen, and anything above one will always happen?
