So, I bought DLC from Gamersgate, and am now unable to play it. Its marked there as only able to be accessed through the in-game store, but when I open the game the button for the in-game store is grey and inactive. How do I access the in-game store, and how can I get to my DLC?

It should work. Have you patched the game since installation? Current version # is 1.103 and checksum WQLL.
