So I've been scouring youtube and found these hoi4 soundtracks, yet, they aren't in the ingame radio option or are the soundtracks extra? Is their anyway to find these soundtracks and put them into t he radio system?

Which soundtracks in particular are you talking about? I know some music is behind DLC paywall (usually thematic ones) so that might be part of it
This one in particular I found on youtube and its fantastic! Was hoping to find it in game and set up a perfect radio station for Japan.
