Only if you got land somewhere else.

It would be a nice feature but aside from holding a landed title in another locale you don't really have any options for continuing the game once you have lost your last holding. It's always good to hold a fallback county just in case but I don't think I've ever been in a situation where I lost all my holdings within a Kingdom. If you want to revive the Godwin dynasty you could always try playing as Leofwine in Kent.
