Don´t get me wrong, I love the IFU, but seeing that I´m not that well versed in German(actually, I can make out the meaning of the words similar to Swedish and that´s it) I was kinda hoping for the IFU to be released fully in English.

Is there any chance of my dream coming true?

There's already an interface text you can download which logically makes the interface of EUII resemble the North American Version (english), however the events are still being translated. (as well, the IFU is in alpha so many more events will be added in the future which will require many more translations, hence you can expect this to be an ongoing project)
