In AoW is it possible relinquish claims on provinces given to vassals and allies?

Hi - I'm playing Poland in AoW, in the peace with a recent war with Teutonic Order I gave Neumark to Brandenberg and Chelmo (my allies in the war, I transferred ownership before the truce rather than selling them, as didn't want all the AE on me), I kept Danzig for myself (should get Prussian culture when I core it, I think, as haven't integrated Masovia yet). Anyway, I have claims on Chelmo and Neumark - is it possible to relinquish these outside of a war with AoW?

Not without going to war and losing (and choosing the "give up claims on Brandenburg" option). However, you have no penalty for having claims on them, aside from your nation's opinion of them.

Yes, but you get the odd annoying event e.g. chose between -50 relations or lose 25 DIP
