Impulse serial not working for Deus Vult registration

I bought Deus Vult (not crusader kings complete, already had CK previously) about a year ago on Impulse and I am just now getting around to registering it , but it has a ridiculously long serial that doesn't fit into the forums.

-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXXX

Am I just straight out of luck or is there a workaround?

AFAIK there only is a serial key for Deus Vult if you have bought it at Gamersgate.

You could try to fill in your serial-key so that all boxes are filled and ignore the last numbers (don't know if that works though).
