Improving the vassalization offer

The vassalization offer would get much improved if the player could trade it for money and/or title.

For exemple, as the Byzantine Emperor (with Old Gods), I would like to vassalize the County of Doliche as it's De Jure part of the empire and same religion. Moreover, the Count wants a Duke title I possess. I am sure that if I could offer the title plus maybe a little amount of money, this Count would happily be my vassal without having to declare a violent war.

This is a good idea, but too specific. We had another thread a few months ago about the possibility to negotiate for different kind of offers, not only vassalizations.
