Fair enough. Its not as bad as you would think.

I only did it to give something for your eyes to see. Ha ha the bland vanilla UI doesn't do that.

Is it safe to assume that the zip file for VIP on the original thread is the same set of files used in the Windows executable that OHgamer provides for VIP:R?

I ask because I'm setting up a utilities download page for Victoria on my personal web site and I don't want to get things labeled wrong or provide the wrong versions for anything.

IMHO. Standard GUI is very nice and it doesnt need improvments.

What need improvments is POPs managment. Its killing me (and of course everybody else ;) ) when you need to split couple hunderds/thousands POPs/game sliding&clicking back and forth. But I guessing that this stuff is deep in *.exe. :(

Please PI make some nice patch for that. PLEASE! Look how nice I beging you ->

Have you tried the POP Splitter utility in my signature? No more manually splitting POPs! Very nice! :D :cool:

Tried, but it is not the way it should be done. It is external tool like map editor or something. [famous ghost fleets remover for HOI2]. Too much hassle if you want to exclude a lot of provinces where splitting is not required. Instant access when program is running without saving, quiting, editing, loading and so on is paramount for me. So I sticking to do things the hard way. ;)

I always wanted some full screen display for that, with like 300 POPs displayed at once - 15 columns*20 rows (or vice versa) with auto pause. Oh gosh its PI game, I dreaming as always. ;) I know, I know PI is biased toward outsiders, all that clicking pain and ability to select Sweden when game starts is there for our suffering!*
