Improved Releasable Nations

This time my focus was adding new tags to add more depth. Some of them are there from the start, but many are there so that you can break up large countries.

I believe, in total I added 51 tags (plus adding in 2 nations that have tags in Vanilla but no way to spawn). I want to say thanks to @Neprut as well as all the guys on the Shattered Europa team for giving me permission to use some of their tags and flags in my mod!

Apparently you can't have a post with more than 35 images in it, so no looking at the 1444 nations for you! Have a look at my other threads

First, the releaseable tags:

1. Is there a tag for Slovenes ? If not Carinthia or Chilli ( I think it is called like that in English , in Slavic languages it's Celje ) . One is a early-medieval Slovene state that has since been Austrianized , and the other is a powerful Habsburg vassal .
2. Tag's for Bayern-Ingolstadt and company ( Bavaria's subdivisions that were independant , but unpractical to add )
3. Hum for Bosnia's southern provinces . It can even be independant , the king had no power there , it was ruled by Herzeg ( hence later name Herzegovina for Hum ) Stefan Vukcevic .
4. Zadar/Dalmatia for Venice's Croatian holdings
5. Kosovo tag ( Not the modern Albanian one , the Serbian principality which inherited Moravian Serbia ( aka Serbia proper ) in the 1420's .) It would have cores on Kosovo , Skoplje , and maybe on Nis .
6. Vidin in Bulgaria
7. Dobrogea or however is Dransdanubian Romania properly pronounced
