I noticed that with the anthology came an editor, but it seems it's not able to add events, graphics or modify the map.
In my opinion, HOI is an excellent game in part because of the large modding community, but right now, to edit something, you have to add it to the files, then load up the game, the scenario, and try to fix the error that will pop up. In my humble opinion, it's very tiresome, and if this utility could at least test events and graphics placement for errors without having to load up the game, and maybe even load up a scenario where you could change province ownership/troop placement just by clicking/dragging the mouse, it'd be 100x times better.
