Impossible to redeem a code

Hello,


I have a kind of "oldish" redeem code for Stellaris. I earned this code for playing the finals in VTES European Championship 2017 (last month of May).

Long story short, they broke into my appartment stealing my PC, so that's why I didn't redeem the code before. Now I have a new PC and I wanted to redeem the code I was given for participating in the finals and it doesn't work.
