About the developer flags
- A Paradox employee will be able to flag a post as official/important information. When you browse the forums you can search for posts tagged like this specifically (dev tracker) or when you browse a thread you can chose to hide all other posts to quickly find official replies in longer discussions.
Can you check me too? I am pretty sure I merged long ago, but I don't know how to otherwise check it.You have. And the Paradox account uses the same email as this forum account does.
It would be cool if we could change are forums names so were (meaning I) is not constantly reminded of his younger self stupidity. If its not to much trouble.
Hope there will be no historic tragedy for the Huge and Antic AAR Library... we can't loose Hatra and the Paradox AAR archive (with AAR writing on scrolls more than 10 years ago) in the same week.
Seconded ! … want me custom avatar back !And still no custom avatars, say for people with over 20000 posts?
20,000?! That is exagerated. 3,500 or so would be more reasonable. And still no custom avatars, say for people with over 20000 posts?
But those 3500 posts have to be made in OT or the WW forum...20,000?! That is exagerated. 3,500 or so would be more reasonable.
Why?But those 3500 posts have to be made in OT or the WW forum...
Because I don't have 3500 posts which count. But I do have 3500--4000 posts in the WW forum and several thousand in OT.Why?You really don't want me to get a custom avatar, do you?
Does not the OT and WW posts count? I did not know that. Same with AAR and History forum? Could you please enlighten me on which forums that do count?Because I don't have 3500 posts which count. But I do have 3500--4000 posts in the WW forum and several thousand in OT.
I think history forum counts; AAR most surely does, since that is where Enewald got his count. But OT and the WW forum doesn't count; hopefully they will in the new forum.Does not the OT and WW posts count? I did not know that. Same with AAR and History forum? Will the archive of blog posts and group discussions be preserved after the reactivating the feature? I couldn't care less about groups, but I've used blog platform to post some lore articles for my mod and it'd be sad to lose it (though I've still everything on my local PC).
Great idea. So you do export all posts/threads to the new forum? Also I never got an answer on this and it is important: Next week the old forum won't save new posts; can one post in the new forum then or will there be a week where no posts will be saved?Everything is kept! We also intend to keep the old forums available in a read only state through an alternate URL so that you can go back yourself and look for things you think is missing on the new forums. This way you can easier help us find and correct issues too.
I can understand the WW one not counting, but the OT not doing so sees weird. Do you have any specific reason for having it like that, BjornB & Castellon?I think history forum counts; AAR most surely does, since that is where Enewald got his count. I just did a quick 10 minute count and I have 4889 posts in the WW forum; I also looked at OT, but there are far too many threads to look at all threads I have participated in. But I have (unless I missed some threads) 1348 posts in the biggest 150 OT threads (first 5 pages); so there will be many more in smaller OT threads.
