Important Trade Center Saxony

Not really a big thing, but since there is a Trade Center "Saxony", somewhere in this region should be an important center of trade. Like in any other basicly.
My suggestion would be the Province "Leipzig" cause is a long history of trading.

I had Bohemia for the Saxony trade node, as Prague has always been an important city, but having one in Saxony and/or Brandenburg might not be a bad idea either...
