Import/Export Heightmap doesnt work

The Import/Export heightmap buttons dont work for me anymore. They used to work in the past. But now when I click them nothing shows up, except a little X button in the bottom right corner.

I have disabled all mods and addons and verified the games files trough steam.


Any suggestions?
