although the mechanic of the Viceroyalties whom practically represent the form of Magisterial system that existed in the good old, Byzantine Empire.
Some will say that it is only a name to include, but for me, it's more than it, it's like a reward when I succeed doing
so and it diverging me from the rest of the world which remains Feudal decentralized and backward in terms of governance.
The Byzantines were not Feudal in the way Western Europe was and most people here and Historians know it.
