Important events in said period:

• German Revolution - Belligerents: Social Democratic Party of Germany, Communist Party of Germany and the remaining Imperial German Army and the Freikorps. The outcome of this conflict is unknown. SPD can both go left and right allying kinda choosing whether German would be a communist state or a fragile but social democratic state.
• The German colonies of China and the Pacific Islands - The Pacific Islands is most likely to be shared between USA and UK. Chefoo/Yantai can either be Chinese or British.
• The Caucasus - After the war several countries in the south parts or Russia claimed independence such Armenia and Azerbaijan. These events might be delayed or not happen at all if the Civil War happens later.

I think the borders are quite fine. During that time Serbs were an absolute majority in Bosnia. Serbs were 60 or 70 percent of population even in year 1970.

National Socialism won't be anything major in this timeline, so I'll probably get rid of Hitler. He's too extremist for an integralist, so I'll either make him abandon his plans, die or through some other means get him out of the picture.

The only way I see it being possible is that the Weimar Republic faces revolutions and unrest so much and for so long that the German people simply don't trust a democratic government anymore and want back the old times. Didn't Wilhelm go to Netherlands in exile?

An Anchluss-like event could very well spark a war with the entente due to disobeying the treaty, but could also immensely increase Germanys power.

I left it out and allowed a German-Austrian union for a simple reason. As I said before, when the Austrian government starts discussing about uniting with Germany, Bohemia declares independence (sudetenland won't be included in Bohemia, as there are mainly German people there). The negotiations of uniting with Germany trigger rebellions, which later coup the Austrian government and ruin the union talks.

As said before, we'll wait before the Civil War starts. It will have three sides: Bolsheviks, Imperialists (Whites) and Anarchists. Ukraine will be anarchist.
When the civil war actually begins, the nations have indeed fed up with the russians and rise up in huge numbers, and that's why the Civil War won't be completely over in 1936.

One problem with this idea. Language. It's hard to spark a revolution when the workers don't understand you. They can however be an important part of the movement.

If the African nations liberate themselves, German colonies first, they will need to ally. The colonies where technological backwards due to the design of colonies, focusing on producing of raw material instead of industrial goods. When Africa was liberated IRL, Soviet and USA "helped" the nations, but which powers will now take that role?

Yep, that needs to be thought. There's no real economic power atm (unlike in Kaiserreich there's the Mitteleuropa), so it will be quite hard.
