Hello guys, I have been playing CK2 for a long time and looking on this page when I had any doubt, but I was never a member of the Forum.
This doubt I have was annoying me so much that I decided to become a member LoL. I could not find any thread regarding this, forgive me if there was...

Ok so, where are the electors in the byzantine empire in the Charlemagne Start? Why just the Byzantine Emperor is an elector?? I cant see any differences from the Charlegmane Start to the Viking Era that could clarify this doubt, it makes no sense to me...

According to the wiki, the electors are :
  • The emperor.
  • The emperor's councilors.
  • The emperor's commanders.

Can someone clarify please? Thanks!

Bugs like this are usually resolved by reloading the game as elective succession is recalculated in the next few days after unpausing

As Dlin mentioned if the game is still paused electors won't be there yet
