I'm having trouble unlocking the 2nd Imperial Reconquest Tier. I have all of the dejure empire territory, plus some. Am I missing something, I can post a screenshot. I'm running all modules except Immersion, with the beta patch.

Have you made sure to check that you hold all the baronies in the required Kingdoms? Whenever we get posts like these it's usually because people have overlooked a barony somewhere in their territory that they are not actually in control of.
The Knight Templar seem to have set up a Barony in Serbia. How can I get rid of them?
Is there any way to give myself the barony through the console? To get the duchy I have to fight through a civil war then fight the Kingdom of Jerusalem, over a barony in Serbia which seems ahistorical to me.
I managed to get the barony back through war, but the Knights Templar just got a new castle in the province next to it.

Then you keep killing the Templar grandmaster until you've taken all the baronies. It might be too expensive to focus solely on him i realize that so perhaps you should prepare something else to take care of while you wait for enough gold to be saved up to kill him.

The need to start taking out holy orders is largely why I never try and do these things fully by the rules. The Byzantine Empire probably wouldn't decide 'hm, there's a castle controlled by a Christian sect... they must be driven out before we start reclaiming the Empire.
*If using SWMH, you'll probably have to look it up in the files due to the ever-shifting names.

Sadly you can't make exception like that for the player without the AI abusing them. Even though it seems a bit arbitrary that you need to control every barony i actually like the reconquest cb as it is

I like the CB, I just don't have the patience to play along with the way religious orders are coded.
I managed to get to Tier 2 without using the console. Just had to fight a war with Jerusalem then another against the Arabs (after they retook the Holy Land). Why would the Knights Templar become the vassals of a Muslim ruler? Seems wrong.
