Imperial Authority gives morale

I just had an idea for reading the titel of this thread:

For each imperial authority you will get 0,05% more morale (The number can be changed.) Then there would be a reason to maintain status que, and not reform.

Im just throwing it out here too here your thoughts, I aint know if this is even is a good idea my self, maybe to unbalanced.

FYI there already is a reason to maintain status quo: you get a bonus to re-election for high imperial authority. Perhaps it should only kick in once the Empire becomes hereditary?

Oh i did not consider, that you would have an easier time to get re-elected, you tweak makes sense i agrre.
