Another war, another post.
There were rebellions in Cyrenaica, and something odd happened: one month, the scroll at the bottom of the screen anounced that the city itself had rebelled, but the map and the province screen both showed the city as under my control. Then, in Jul 1740, they declared independence; the rebels became a Cyrenaican army, but I still controlled the city.

So I did the only thing I could: I embargoed Turkey and annexed Cyrenaica, getting my stability back immediately and a few thousand troops for free.
Needless to say, the Turks weren't very happy with me after that, and declared war before the month was out. Poland and their alliance (2/3 of the world that isn't in my alliance) followed suit, and so did Russia. This was the opportunity I'd been hoping for. From Spain I got a gold province and Florida. From Poland I gained East Prussia and made them force Austria to cede Milan to France. From Russia I gained the CoT in Novgorod and that province closest to (what used to be) Sibir

. The tough one was Turkey: I could easily have setted for a quick peace, gaining Alexandria and setting myself up to have an easier time gaining Muscat next war, but what if they never declared war on me again? It took two and a half years, but I finally captured Muscat and won both CoT's in the peace.
Of the 32 CoT's in the world, I now own 22 of them. My allies own 5 of the others. And I've embargoed Austria, Spain, the Iroquois, Venice, Nippon, Poland, and Turkey. Besides my allies, that only leaves the Knights, Algiers, and Russia. I did mention that my Albion is imperfidious, didn't I?
