For some reason, even though I suscribed and get the THANK YOU! screen,...

...I cannot get the new avatars.

How long did it take for y'all to get them?

This may be the reason but at the bottom of the page it states "As more people sign up, new rewards will be unlocked! Unless specifically stated otherwise, reward content will be delivered to participants when the game is released." So unless they say that you will get it before release of the game you probably wont get them until then.

I want the avatars really badly (I will switch to them right away, finally switching from the one I've used since after the CK2 preorder bonus) -- but it looks like we're not getting them until after release of the game

OMG, you're totally right... I missed that. I was just so happy to get new avatars Well... I guess I'll have to wait until release date.
