Fought a long war vs Trevaria and auto-peaced because someone made him a subject, ugh
The Saxonian Migrating Pox strategy still looks both terrible and gamey, especially early in the dev clash.

My prediction once again holds true, oh how the Gods like to make mortal men their play thing.Get game overed again

More than a little annoyed that Phrygia made such a comeback. Not being able to count on allies to help against them isn't good either, however right at the end of the session Phrygia did declare war on the Seleucid Empire.
So there might be an opportunity there to hit them whilst they are busy.
They kind of do already. When you border an uncolonised province barbarians spawn. Clearly not enough barbarians though. The Saxonian Migrating Pox strategy still looks both terrible and gamey, especially early in the dev clash.
The team should probably take a page out of Stellaris' book regarding expansion and penalize too many unconnected territories.
You should've taken on them when they imploded. Big mistake. Now its gonna be a lot harder. They seem to be winning the war against seleucids so far. And they have very good stats. I dont know why other diadochi didnt just ally to quickly and swiflty take them out. Macedon is out now. Better hope its not too late now and it doesnt get too out of control.
Armenia gave Seleucids sweet hell. A spartan defense right there, winning battle after battle. But they could only hold so much against such big numbers. But allowed him to come out of it quite well, just losing one province![]()
I did fight them last week, took a province off them, so started this session with a five year truce. By the time I was ready to fight them again, they had crushed Macedon. Also at some point I lost my alliance with Seleucid and they hate me now, not sure what happened there or when.
The problem now, isn’t really Phrygia itself, but rather it’s vassals, as the stats don’t show there is a good 50 to 100 thousand more troops from them![]()
Phrygia is clearly this weeks big Winner and rises from the Ashes...my imaginary crystal ball tells me that perhaps history will repeat itself and we will see a coalition against the "one-eyed one" with Egypy, Selecuid, Macedon and perhaps even adding a few new ones like Getia into the mix?
You guys are splitting British culture in to more groups right? Maybe Gaulic culture too? Mass expanding giant culture groups seems super strong right now...
Roman culture also seems a bit... large.
