BOSPORAN KINGDOM
Missive from the Spartocids
At every gate of our great Kingdom of the Cimmerian Bosporus the enemies of ours lies in wait. Their patience for us to show weakness and let barbarism in to our midst, to surrender ourselves to their invading hordes and for our kin to be taken slaves by these people of the Steppe. But by the grace of our fair lady Nike we shall never wane in our duty to protect civilization from destruction, we shall be the wall that stands tall against the relentless onslaught of barbarians. Never shall the beacon of light that is the civilized man ever be extinguished on these shores, with Nike at our side we shall fight to the last drop of blood for that victory.

Blessed be Nike, may she give us the victory that we desire

- Spartokos III, blessed by our Lady, King of the Bosporan, Strategos of Nike's Blessed.

The Kingdom of Macedon
Basileus Cassander Antipatrid
King of the Hellenes, Rightful Inheritor of the Empire, Protector of Polities:
Bids those in Greece welcome. Under Macedon, fellow Greeks; the Empire was built. Not by any one man, but by the toil and sweat of those of most ancient heritage. In this continued tradition, shall we continue to safeguard the rights of every free citizen of Greece. Which is much easier to do if their land, rights, titles, wealth, and freedom, are owned by the state of Macedon.

The Antipatrid dynasty has long been the subject of vicious rumours, spread by the vile pretender Antigonus. No longer shall we stand for this outrage. The people of Anatolia cry out for liberation! Who are we to deny them? Any mention of state-sponsored assassination of Alexander, his heirs, family, friends, or pets, will be met by summary execution.

Let it also be know that Macedon stands ready to defend fellow Greeks assailed by threats external. Terms and conditions apply.

Youll bend the knee or be flogged to death (in game I mean since that is now a game feature :D)
.

Try me, I am pretty sure I didn't get put in Carthage because it just meant I would have killed Rome in it's cradle.

Folks, I can assure you all of one thing- the Vandals will respect the properties of all their friends and neighbors, and never once shall we ravage any public buildings in lands we may be compelled to occupy in the course of unrest. This is not what being a Vandal is about, and by all the spirits above and below, Vandals shall never be associated with such wanton destruction.

The Tribal Kingdom of Dubonnia
Tribal Chief Litavis Caracta
Rightful Heir to Pritania, Unifier of Tribes, Queen of Daggers:
Litavis was raised a warrior, and she started to lead her people at the ripe age of 16, earning the respect of her fellow barbarians by slitting the throats of rival tribeal leaders at night, earning her the nickname 'Queen of Daggers'. Arbitrary and jealous in nature, she is determined to reach her goal and unite all of Pritania under her rule.

She extends a warm welcome to her fellow Druidic rulers and has her eyes set on Rome: The seat of corruption and misery, which she shall put the Romans out of. She despises all those pompous fools living lavishly and wasting their lives away. Litavis intends to give purpose to the people following her, provide for her people and make sure everyone gets to live a fair life under her rule - tough, but fair.

Too soon my friend was taken from me, in the time since his death the world that he created has fractured and those he trusted have turned on each other.

The question now, is what path lays ahead for me and those that would follow me?

Egypt, a great and proud nation with traditions going back thousands of years is the land that I rule over. I must decide whether to carry on the legacy of my friend, Alexander, or strike forward in new ways. The empire could be reforged, the other Diadochi still lay claim to it, but none are strong alone and few are willing to support each other.

For the next few years, we will consolidate our holdings, there are minor nations that have thought themselves free who should be forced back in line and there is the menace to our north that must be dealt with eventually, regardless of what ambition we choose.

I am proud of my heritage, a son of Macedon, a childhood friend of Alexander and a great leader, but maybe now I should embrace the culture and people of the lands I rule...

For now though, we shall work on a monument to our shared past, a great lighthouse that shall be a beacon for the city of Alexandria.

Gaulish Tribe of the Arverni

Speech from Tribal Chief Konbendith at Gergovia Oppidum
Leader of the Arverni, Unifier of the Gaulish Tribes, Shield Protector of the Celts
The rumors coming from the Transalpinae Peninsula, as well the augurs and haruspicae told us of a growing power: a city of seven hills, lead by a mighty and ruthless leader who got even the Etruscans kings shaking. We heard the whisperings, they call us barbarians, mock our ways, and bath in the pride of their "civilization". We know the hunger they conceal behind the veil of their so-called democracies and republics. We also know all the great kingdoms in the East have fallen. The Empire of Alexander is in shambles, his Diadochi fighting for the scraps like dogs after a banquet. The future of civilization isn't with their decadent gods!

We won't wait for them to cross the Alps and invade our lands. When they inevitably come, we will be ready, united with our brothers of Osimia and Pictonia. Our bloodlines are strong and the old gods are on our side! Our cities will grow and our tribes access to citizenship, the druids will lead the way, building a mighty coalition, and sending our emissaries across the known world, leading us to modernity, in the respect of the ways of the ancestors. Celtic and Gaulish tribes will unite! Let them come with with their weak bronze spears, we've been forging iron from Germania for the past century.

All Celts are welcome to join the coalition. We want peace and prosperity for our people, and we'd rather achieve it through commerce and diplomacy, but won't be afraid to sound the carnyx if any threat comes to our lands.

Like you everyone else in the world has been using iron for a century or far far more. I think I may have spotted the flaw in your plan.

4-3rd century BC, when Imperator timeline starts, Iron and Steel are still pretty uncommon in the italic word. They do exist, no doubt, but early Roman legion still mainly rely massively on bronze, while iron-based equipment it's fairly common in the Celtic world. Globally, archeology has proved that Celtic/Gaulish metalwork was vastly superior to what could be observed in roman and greek world roughly until Roman conquest in the first century BC, proving that Cesar mocking Gaulish weaponry bending on Roman swords in his "Conquest of the Gauls" was probably essentially propaganda as it was most likely to have been the other way around.

My plan is full of flaws, but historical inaccuracy in my roleplay isn't one! :p

Seleucids have quite a bit of staying power, though that might be heavily affected by the players near them.

Also, thing to keep in mind is that population matters a lot and desert is awful. A unified Greece for example would be incredibly powerful, much more so than the massive Seleucids.

Mesopotamia and Persia are very rich in this timeframe though.
