The only way to legitimize a spawn of satan created by unholy impregnation, is to be the mother yourself.

Being spawn of Satan does not give you better possibility to succeed on immortality quest. Well, not directly anyway. Having high stats does give yo ua better chance, but you don't have to be spawn of Satan to have high stats. You just need one out of Diplomacy, Martial, Intrigue, and Learning to be at 22 or higher to have best chance to succeed.
