So, lets say my ruler in HIP is immortal....how do I actually go about changing crown laws more then once a lifetime? I figured I would wait twenty years then use allow_laws to let me change it, but that actually isn't working.

In common/defines/emf_defines.lua, add the following line:

NDefines.NTitle.MAX_CROWN_LAW_CHANGES = 999
Also, you have to remove the following ine in the crown_authority_X portions of common/laws/emf_crown_laws.txt:
