I am unsure what causes this bug, but I can provide a save game and the circumstances where this happens 100% of the time.

Start the game at 1066 as the Beylerbelik of Hormuz, make yourself a Shiite (either by console or Ruler DLC) and declare holy war for the duchy of Nefoud. It will always end inconclusively immediately for seemingly no reason.

The save I have provided is for starting with the default Beylerbelik of Hormuz converted to Shia Islam via commands.

Seems like it. I'd like to make note that for mods this bug is also appearing in the same manner with custom religions and independent states as well.

If you declare a holy war and switch religions it ends. Isn't that obvious?

That's not what happens... You are a Shiite (in this case) before you start the war and it ends the moment you start it

On the same topic, can someone plz explain why the civil war (in Sweden) that Paradox programmed in the december 1066 scenario ends inconclusively at day 1? Is it the mod (CK2+) or am I at fault for messing with things? :p

I'm assuming it's some sort of error. Why program the war if it ends on day 1 anyway?
