I did a test with this(saved the game first) and declared was on Scotland in 1403. They was allied to Denmark and France. They both joined the war and France got warleader. They called in all their vassals ofcourse, but Denmark did also call in all their allied, not only Norway, but 3-4 others too, AFTER France had become warleader. How is that possible? I do have the 5.1 patch installed and I thought that that ment only France coudl call in allies and not Denmark too?

Nations will always be able to call in vassals and people they lead a PU with. Denmark at game start leads a PU with Sweden and Norway, and has Holstein as a vassal. So while they didn't become warleader and couldn't call in their independent alliances, they did call in three more nations. Potentially due to early wars they could acquire another vassal (or get lucky and get another PU), but that isn't too likely.

I haven't been able to figure out where to find an AI's war exhaustion; probably somewhere obvious.
Click on one of their provinces and mouse over the revolt risk. If you are close enough to the province, it will show you the factors that go into calculating the province's revolt risk, and the country's war exhaustion is one of them.
I agree 100%. Vicky 2 seems much more polished to me; if I could play EU3 with Vicky 2 rules and interface, I'd be in heaven. I really miss being able to click a single button and see every war in progress, who's on which side, who's winning, and what the casus bellis are for everybody involved.
The very last page of the ledger shows every war in progress, who's on which side, and who's winning. The EU3 AI has very little idea what the casi bellorum are for most wars.

A nation can always call in vassals and junior PU partners. In this case Denmark can always call Norway, Sweden, and Holstein (assuming 1399 start political situation) whether they are alliance leader or not.

The AI will also dogpile if they think you have no chance. Each country will want a piece of the pie. This will be strict new wars. You can tell by the new war leader icon next to the Papacy, HRE buttons.

It happens the AI as well. Last night I broke England's back and before I was don half of Europa was at war with them for no reason other than to catch them without an army.
