Please someone explain what is going here, why France and Scotland don't attack England? Why England join this war? Why can't I finish it even with 100% of warscore?

The game can be very random sometimes. It's a huge decision engine with all the other various lords and courtiers making their own choices in the background.

You might have seen some threads on these forums where people were talking about how something "always" happens, too. Where in reality it's not really the case.

I just enjoy the randomness of it all, it can produce some interesting, and occasionally hilarious, results.

Even though you have 100% warscore you can't enforce victory because England declared war on your rebels and is occupying some of their holdings. To enforce victory you will need to siege and clear out all the English held rebel holdings.

Also England never really joined your war. They are being opportunistic and it is a actually a second war. This is why you are just "hostile" towards each other. Also means France and Scotland are not technically at war with England.

When there is a revolt going on, it is possible for an outside realm to declare war on the rebels as a separate war. The war then cannot be ended as long as the outside faction has a rebel holding occupied as presumably they would need to agree to give up their occupied holding(s) as well for the peace to take effect properly and the realm to be reunited. However because both the loyalists and the outside invader are fighting over the same lands they become hostile to each other and may it is possible to evict them from the occupied rebel holdings even if you are a loyalist.

Long story short: you either wait till the war between the rebels and england concludes with peace or you occupy the rebel holdings taken by england before enforcing rebel surrender.
