I'm lost: How do I get people to join my faction?

Have had my spy out in the field recruiting. Is there another way??

I think, if you support a good cause, they'll join by themselves. I don't think you can ask people. It's not like plotting.

Yeah. It works great with the CPs, but not with humans.

The claimant factions tend to not draw as many votes, especially for a female claimant. If you want a successful faction then independence or lower CA are better options depending on the amount of foreigners and how high CA already is.

I regularly get enough support to drop the HRE down to autonomous vassals since the HRE is crawling with foreigners.
