I'm looking for a way to change the resolution of the game, none of the options I've found so far have worked.

I've tried Lord Ederon's modification tool and another. If it's still possible to do I'd like to know how, if not then I can give up but I need to know.

Try this guide. It worked for me. Although it may not work with the Steam version of the game.
