I don't recognize the white icon above your factories. What does it say? Also, if you click on an abandoned factory and place the cursor over the black icon, it should tell you why it's abandoned. That will help identify the problem with your industry.

it says that doesnt have customers to buy the products they have, same to commercial and offices

Lost in translation.... Generic industry doesn't have customers, it just produces goods for shops and exports the rest. Are you absolutely sure you have outside connections for your freight through highways, trains or cargo ships?

the icons above the buildings are on offices and commercial too

That's... bizarre. It almost sounds like a lack of city services. We can't really help further without more information. If you upload the .crp save file of your city then we can look at it more closely and tell you exactly what the problem is. You should find it in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Saves

do you know the basics of the economy? industry uses raw materials (forestry, oil etc.) to manufacture stuff that is bought by commercial which is then onsold to citizens. there will sometimes be times where you don't see demand bars. imho, this is time to work on services and tourism. as the city becomes more attractive demand will start rising again

Not enough buyers means that generic industry isn't getting any commerce deliveries. Your commerce is likely too far away, so it has to export its goods, and it only can export a vertain amount, so it has surpassed that as well.

It works best if commerce is next to industry, and both on the highway, so they can make deliveries on time.

i.e. everything in this game is on a timer.

Your blue roads are a concern. Is there any traffic on those blue roads?

Remove all roads that intersect the highway. Then add proper on/off ramps. Then build roads over/under the highway to connect the two districts to each other. Roads intersecting highway can cause a lot of traffic issues and back up traffic.

But post your saved game here, or copy the link address here to your workshop save you have already shared to the workshop

There's a lot of things that could be causing your industry districts to be abandoned. Here's another one: you may have expanded too quickly.

With the RCI bars at the bottom of the screen, it can be tempting to try to get them down to nothing. But that often causes problems.

Think of it like supply & demand. When the bars are low, demand is really low. If you zone a lot of industry at that time, the industries will shut down because there isn't much need for them.

I typically leave industry alone until the demand gets really high. Most of the time, the bar is at about half height. So when I zone for industry, the factories get built right away.

It could also be the other problems listed above. Or also an education problem -- your citizens might be over-educated and unwilling to work factory jobs.
