First of all, after 300 hours of vanilla, i have gotten all the achievements that i wanted and therefore i grew very tired of the base game.

After reading about the HIP and its sub-mods i became really excited! All of it is woundrous to say the least.

Nevertheless, i have a lot of doubts regarding 2.2.1 compatibility.

Here it is the information i got so far:

-SWMH doesn't include India (Should i disable R.o.I for it to work?) and still doesnt include terrain changes by snow brought by CM free patch.

-NBRT+ and SWMH are kind of intertwined. NBRT's author has been missing and really occupied. if i'm not mistaken someone is updating these mods?

Is my research correct?

Considering i dont care about CM start date (nor CM!) nor India ( i have already had a full India playthrought, no reason to play it again) my question is:

in order to have a full HIP experience i should wait only for the snow fix to SWMH? Except the snow, NBRT and SWMH are fully funcional in spite of the creator's absence?

Last question: does HIP overhaul vanilla's combat?

You don't need to disable ROI, or any other dlc for it to work. Frankly, this mod has made the vanilla game completely unplayable for me. I could give you at least a one page essay on the many improvements over the base game. One thing that I really like is that they made it more interesting to play as a smaller kingdom like Brittany, which is now easier to form since it's been split into two duchies. Get it now, you won't regret it.

I can only answer SWMH related questions:
You don't need to disable RoI. SWMH is fully compatible with the mod and enabling the DLC won't cause nothing bad to your game. And it is correct that our map does not include neither the snow.

You can fully enjoy the game now, except for the snow. After the Asian expansion which is mainly based on Persia and Cenrtal Asia the experience will, however, be even better. But it is still going to take some time and won't be out any time soon.

Thanks for the answer.

Even the snow will still take some time to be implemented?
