So after conquering half of Europe my threatlevel is so high I can't do anything without getting to fight all of resteurope which is pain in the ass (aka no fun) because of the huge amount of micromanagement it required (as stated, I get attacked from all fronts at the same time)

What was the last patch that was like the old CK2 without 0,06% (lol) threat level decay?

The last patch before Conclave, forgot the number.

But anyway, you shouldn't roll back. You can do many things, improve your vassal's relations, build up your demesne, Way of Life, trim your family tree, keep a few of your vassals from blowing up, y'know.

And you need to realize you don't have to fight them all... at all. Just blitz your target, ignore the rest.

My plan was to build a good ground for the continuation within EU IV, but right now I'm pretty much stuck. Blitzing seems to be a good idea though!

install ck2+ or AGOT, actually just install AGOT mod, i swear they should be the ones incharge of ck2

Also remember to snipe revolting vassals like it's 2.0.4. Those can quickly add up if you get lucky.

I'm doing my SPQR and Khan of Khans achivements in 2.4.5 version without Conclave/HL activated. Now that's how the game is supposed to be ;-)
