I'm Always A Drunkard

So what's the MTTH on the event where you go to a monastary and have a chance to gain learning but also a chance to gain the drunkard trait? Because I totally get that for EVERY SINGLE RULER early in their reign. I'm always looking for a quicker tech advance, so I always pick the "hang out" option. I never get the learning point and I always get the drunkard trait. But before my current game I NEVER saw that event more than once a century or so.

(I'm running 2.0.4, no mods if that makes any difference.)

Doesn't it trigger if you have ambition to improve learning? I never got drunkard from it.

I think drunkard means you drink too much even by the standards of the time and culture. Meaning if you're a drunkard Norse you have a serious problem.

Me too. I tend to avoid everything that can cause drunkard. If faced with "glutton or drunkard", I will always prefer glutton. Much easier to get rid of it.
