The Core and the Arm have all but exhausted the resources of a galaxy in their struggle for domination. Both sides now crippled beyond repair, their armies continue to battle on ravaged planets, their hatred fueled by over four thousand years of total war. This is a fight to the death. For each side, the only acceptable outcome is the complete elimination of the other.

Indeed, and I'm really really hoping that they add in some TA references to this. I would be thrilled to no ends if they did. Having a civil war break out over this, with the factions named ARM and CORE or something similar would just make my day. Also, I'm watching the intro for TA again just because of the good memories this thread has reminded me of.
