Yes, I have played it in the German, for over a 100 years. It rocks, and I can't even understand the events! I just know I keep losing cash and population

Yes I have the same thing hapening. Losing 50 cash and pop every 2 to 3 years. Unfortunalty I make less the 50 each year. It gives me loans so I always load my autosave when I get that event.

If you mean the event "Hungersnot", it means something like famine in english.

Because in this time were many famines in central europe it is in IFU as a random event.
