Pretty sure you know what I mean. Victoria 1 or even 2 at release was full of features albeit buggy. You can't say the same for EUIVv or CKII when they came out. EU2 was also full of features and just bugs were ironed out. But I get it. I'll wait for reviews. I do like the time period but it just seems like Stellaris all over again. A "FRAME" that delivers to some extent but just doesn't feel like it has enough content. Most of the aesthetics and even mechanics are taken straight from Rome: Europa Universalis and its Expansion.
