As long as you've got the most recent version of EU installed, it should install up just fine. Make sure you apply the IGC after any EU upgrades.

And I don't know if it matters or not (no reason why it should) but I rebooted my computer between installing the IGC and running it. Dunno, it might help.

What I meant about destroyed then, was that It gave m e an error message, then crashed my computer... since then I have found the SECOND setup file ???? Now it works fine ;) Though I still haven't found the features yet... In fact, in one game I have a casus belli against both my allies, Hungary and Bohemia ????

You must be playing Austria. It has territorial CBs on Bohemia and Hungary. (They claim most of Bohemia, and Croatia, I believe.) Those won't go away unless the territories become yours.

Having a CB and being allied is no contradiction, especially when you intend to annex your ally sooner or later to get your home provinces together.;)

I was playing as England, had annexed Incas and taken 6 provinces from France and annexed Tunisia, and Prussia by a random event. Now then all the sudden I get Wave of Obscurism(or something that way), it gives +3 revolt risk for three months,I think.
Now I didn't mind that, as no revolts broke up. But few months after that Iget it again, got it for like 10 times, is this a bug?
(didn't know where else to post???)
This has happened to me before(I was playing Finland)

The multi-waves of obscurism is how they coded in the historic civil wars in the IGC. France gets a set of them in about 1562... Russia also gets some during the time of troubles... I wouldn't be surprised if England has a set around 1649-1660, as there was historically a big civil war then (they overthrew the monarchy for about ten years). This is likely what happened to you.

Now the question remains, how could he play Finland at all and why the same thing has happened there? Couldn't be the 1918 civil war come three centuries early? ;)
