This version of the IGC is mostly a bug-fix release, but there are some new features. It may be a while before we release another version of the IGC, what with Hartmann having departed for greener pastures (or pastimes
).
Anyway, here's the lowdown:
- Leaders and monarchs added to the "USA 1492" option on a Vinland premise. (Viking colony.)
- USA given some colonial dynamism for the "USA 1492" option.
- New config option: Moldovian Bujak
- Polish leader file upgraded and some Russian leaders re-activated. (Not properly tested for balance; could require further tweaking.)
- Swedish vassalage to Denmark shortened to prevent unhistorical annexations.
- Russian and French starting tech levels adjusted.
- Chinese and Japanese fortresses upgraded to level 4 to hinder European expansion.
- 1520 IGC scenario added, courtesy of James Oakley (and of course Johan@Paradox! )
- Russian "Time of Troubles" revolt events downscaled.
- A bug from 2.0f that screwed up the historical colony names has been fixed.

Oh, and I need some help to pinpoint a problem I (and others) have reported; namely that alliances never seem to expire anymore. They are always set to expire ten years in the future. I don't know if this always happens, or if it is IGC specific, so any help would be appreciated...
