Well,
it means, that till now, the original IFU is in german, but there is a mod under the stickies, with that you can change all texts, except the events, into english. The IFU will be totally translated into English with the upcoming Patch.
The only way to save Rome is to don´t let the Langos conquer it. So, you should try to bring an army to Italy to defeat the Langos.

There is always a prgress, but in the last time it hasn´t been the biggest. What I definetly can say is, that the patch won´t be released before Christmas.
How about giving us a Christmas gift and releasing the complete English patch soon after Xmas?
