Rasta-near-ai: As Ethiopia, own the entire Caribbean Colonial Region
Fleet Foxes: As Fox, have a naval limit of over 100.
Sorry About the Fourth Crusade!: As Venice, from Byzantium.
Songhai Blues: As Songhai, have three simultaneous alliances with France, Ethiopia and Bahammis
Sons of Jan Mayen: As Norway, have over 120% discipline
Orientalism: As a Christian, western tech nation, move your capital to Asia and convert to a non-Christian religion
Rasta-near-ai: There's already an Ethiopia achievement, I don't really see what a new one would bring, especially since they're of comparable difficulty (taking on Otto for their capital vs. fighting a colonial war vs Iberians).
Sons of Jan Mayen: this achievement already exists for Prussia. It's 125%, but Prussian ideas give 7.5% discipline instead of Norway's 2.5%, so it's exactly the same but with a harder nation. I don't really think it's needed.
Also it's an achievement that is basically only survive long enough to have quality, either economic or quantity (+5 each, economic+quality policy), and either protestant or religious (+2.5 each, religious+quality policy). The last +5 can be obtained by spamming advisors until you get a commandant. Bare survival does not make the most intereting achievements.
Orientalism: That might be interesting if moving your capital accross continent lines was not stupidly hard. The only non-gamey way that I know of is to form KoJ, which is already an achievement. But if the rules changed so you could move your capital within a connected piece of land it would be interesting.
Songhai Blues has the problem of requiring Bahmanis to not form Hindustan but still exist. Maybe go the Holy Trinity route and require vassals instead of alliances? Otherwise fine.
Sorry about the Fourth Crusade: I would amend it the description to "culture-shift to Greek and form Byzantium" so players arent' confused by the lack of decision. But otherwise fine.
