How about that if you inherit a land, you get the option to keep the navy and army. The troops would have no need to destroy their equipment. Like if you annex them.

Also how about the same map for all the linked games. use the same world break down on all maps.

This happened in EU1/2, and was gamebreaking to an extent. Even more so with HTTT's mechanics - inheriting GB's navy, for example.

- Creating "faux" states and vassals from colonies and captured regions to make their control and administration easier
- Royal family trees as mentioned by other posters
- More options on the lower levels of tech-trees so playing with non-western countries is more fun and engaging

True. However, it might make sense to get a % of the ships, in damaged states. Or put a max on how many troops/ships you can gain upon annexation, as a % of your own.

You mean you would want a decision for those nations formation?

I agree i would want it too. Aspecialy greece (i even modded it - about five minutes of work? ;) ).

EDIT: Such decision should be not avible for Byzantium - as they would not need for such thing.

Yes a decision for some duchies to form these nation.
Should be in next patch =D

How does it work in multiplayer with your mod? ( I supose the others have to copy your game map if you play)

If I'm in war together with an ally and my ally sign a peace where they cede some provinces I should have the ability for the next 3/5 years have the option to revoke the peace and borders would be restored to how they looked before the war.

- better family tree where you can choose heirs.
- no more one-sided peace agreements.
- every major nation should have it's own Rev. France event line.
- total war style conversion.
- and more emerging countries in the new world. Example: Louis Riel's Manitoba.

Some are serious. Some aren't. Hopefully you can tell which is which. :)

* Regional rebellions, a la V2. A Spanish Netherlands style revolt would make nationalism mean something.
* Pimpin' Tradition to generate new heirs.
* MM style religious minorities.
* Conversion decisions for Pagans to Muslim/Christianity. Perhaps have province decisions, then a national decision once a percentage of provinces have converted.
* Add a way for New World/African/Chinese/Indian nations to get their units near the correct time, rather than relying on land tech (and generally westernization) to get them there. It's absurd that African and American nations never get their upgraded units without westernization or a late start.

The ability to improve your king or whatever with education (By investing money) so that his skills arent stagnated at his birth... (So you can send your heir to a Military school and he will gain one or two military points from it.)

I don't have that problem as computer where i have the game is not this i use internet on. (so i can't play multiplayer.)

Also : Greece already exist(but as revolter only) so it is easy to mod this nation creation.

I have a new idea about the colonial conquest of India. Not until the 19th century the brittish controlled India. During the game period the conquest was economically based on trade. The brittish east indian company controlled the trade not the production, taxes, and the social life etc. The conquest of America was a full scaled conquest, not as the conquest of India. This fact could be used if we creat a new vasal system. The new Indian vasal has a british flag in the left corner. Like Austalia has today. Now you can create the British common whealt. You decide your Vasals basic politics and gives money to them. They decide there investment based on your decision.

Lot more done with the areas outside Europe, e.g. would like to see things similar to the Holy Roman Empire and Papacy, etc. Just make it more interesting to play country not inside Europe!

Quite possibly already mentioned, but things I think we need:

Auto-magistrates should be a given; what about auto-colonists? Maybe you could lay down a marker over a region and the AI will send 1-10 colonists when available?

More diplomatic options, both in war and peace. In war I want to be able to grant provinces to my allies (without hoping they will make a separate peace to take them first), maybe at half the infamy cost?

There should also be a 'Balance of Power' alliance that kicks is when a blob is in danger of destroying the continent that lasts only for the duration of the war and the only peace option is to restore pre-war borders. Would help against aggressive AI and human world-domination (unless the aggressor somehow won).

Similar to the above, why can't we get new nations involved in ongoing wars? It happened often IRL with nations DOW at later dates but currently only those accepting at the start can participate as part of that war. We should have the option to stabilise our country/build our armies before joining a war.

Naval bombardment - against coastal provinces only, late-tech ability, works as a seige tactic.

More things to do outside or war, that don't rely on vast sums of ducats. If you are not a colonising nation and have little money, what is there that you can do in the game? Needs a bit more substance to allow for more games involving non-aggressive acts.

The balance of power alliance is a very good idea I have posted a very similar idea somwhere.

I want to se trade developed. To build and supply an army you need, iron or cupper ( it depends of you unit type) naval supplies (ie wood) and cloths if you don't have gloth you need textile manufactory and then you can use wool and bomull instead and grain/fish.
Navy requestes the same stuff but in a different amount.

To keep the people happy you need grain/fish and cloth.
To keep the aristocrats/plutocracy good you need wine, tobacco, coffee, tea and spicies when you can import a hugher number other parts of the population gets happier to.
In northen regions fur is hold down attrition for armies and keep the populations mood up.
Slaves keep the production up with some percents.

When you need these trade goods you'll have to buy some of them and then sign trade agrements with nations and they'll supply you with the goods and you can export stuff to.

Some ports and stragits gain harbor fees when traders need to use them. controlling areas where traders pass will gain money.

In combat some areas would give hughe defense bonuses, defending for example a mountin pass have hughe advantages. Etablish bridges over rivers, the possiblities to destroy bridges and slow down armies or even stop them from passin.

I wish for better rebel management. Or at least the option to put a unit on automated rebel-hunting. For example:

1. Pick a unit.
2. Pick all the provinces for him to guard and let the AI do the rest.
3. Only show me a popup if the automated rebel-hunting unit gets into troubles or if a province falls to rebels.

I think the problem is the level of abstraction the game has to have in order to function; to a degree it removes a lot of micromanagement and I guess it'd be unlikely to offer much more in terms of trading or many other (very good) suggestions.

Make colonization meaningful and dynamic. No possibility for latter Indian Wars after a one-war annexes? And that you convert culturally and religiously Native Americans, without sending a single colonist?

Battle names, should be not provincial but place-desiged - i mean - it should be named by cites and villages (on the province of course) and it should be randomly taken... no more : BATTLE IN PROVINCE KRAKOW !!! (or even under the main city - maybe it would be, but normaly it is not, ussualy.)

It would be realy fine.

Also : Historical disaster events in provinces, and also : historical weather (it would be somehow defined but there should be decisions that would help to avoid some of them (like - flooding can be stoped if you have good system of canals - so it would be not a disaster, but a blessing ;)*)

*thats the reason i dont like PO party in poland - they could not let it become a real disaster if made in time - and would even become a blessing - because water would stop the draught that we have now... but - who cares...

PS: Maybe even i should made Komorowski 3 adm rather than 6 adm for that regard!!!

EDIT : He is such a ruler that you would want to send to war and pray that die!!! ;(
