I was just wondering since I pre-ordered waking the tiger, obviously I will get a key for steam? However, if I pre order through paradox, for stellaris apocalypse, will i have to use the paradox launcher?

When you by a game on webshop, you get a key for Steam.
If it's Stellaris or Tyranny, you get also the game on the Paradox Launcher, as in "you get the two versions". The opposite is not true : if you buy the game on Steam, you don't get the opportunity of using the Paradox Launcher.
