THis to me seems to be a bug as the UK player or US you can send NEW DIVs over to EU or NAF but when you have a have new wepons to refit a Div lets say in the mideast you go to the ARM DIV and all you can do is dispand it but you cant refit it with NEW Tanks so if this a bug or not by if there an way of refit a crops on the map mabey you could not remove it back to ICs but keep it there in a back airer it would be out of the figth for two mabe you could look! at doing that in 1.03
